Why I built Bishop.
I kept hearing the same thing from multi-unit operators: retention used to be personal, and then it became nobody's job. Five locations in, you don't have time to text the member who's slipping away. Your studio managers don't have the context. Corporate's tools either spam everyone the same template or require so much manual setup that they become another thing the owner has to maintain.
